Shipping Info

Our order processing time (time from when the order is placed to when it leaves our shipping department) takes 1-2 weeks depending on the volume of orders currently being filled, nature of product and on your selected shipping method. If you need an order by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order and we can help you choose the best shipping option. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only (excluding holidays).
Standard USPS shipping rates. Shipping rates vary depending on weight of item(s) and location.  All packages will be sent using United States Postal Service.  You may select an up graded service during check out.
First Class USPS is 2-5 business days
Priority USPS is 2-3 days. 
Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking.
By submitting your order you agree to the following:
  • You agree to the 1-2 week processing time unless stated other wise in product description
  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with packages. If you are having trouble locating your package please contact USPS first.
  • We will not replace lost or stolen packages. We provide delivery confirmation but do not provide insurance on packages.
  • Once an order is shipped, if you would like to return merchandise for a store credit/exchange you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways (Unless it was an error on our part) 
  • When shipping to an address provided by the customer, if the package is undelivered and gets sent back to us, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
